Ultra limited releases
Limited collections are released every 2 months. Each channelling a specific feeling and emotion that is passed onto the piece through a conscious creative process. This often involves deep contemplation of nature, constant breaks, inner-reflection, kindness, humour, free play, support and sustained collaboration.
As a rule, only 12 garments per size of each product are made available. This way we keep our pieces as diverse, unique and dear to you as possible.
Donation-earned reprints
The item you are interested in is sold out? In some cases, a reprint might be possible along with a proof of donation to any charity of your liking within a 1 month period (before or after you get in touch) and of any amount starting from €10 upwards. Please write us an email to info@buenkarma.clothing with the item and proof of donation and we will try our best to get your item reprinted asap.
Nothing ever really dies
Pre-loved buenkarma items from our community are always put back in circulation.
You can set an alert for an specific sold-out product. Once a member of the community decides to no longer own a piece, we will examine the condition and the item will be made available to you and those interested.
Pre-loved items that are not in their most ideal condition are completely repurposed into custom designs.

Zero waste policy
With the exemption of repurposed pieces, your garment only comes into production once you make a purchase, replacing the current overproduction structures with a situation where demand leads supply. We don't hold stocks and thus we ensure a zero waste policy.

Sometimes our relationship with a clothing garment can change. As a customer, you are elegible to send your pre-loved buenkarma item back to us free of charge. We will infuse it with new life and put it back in circulation.
Local is Global
Making things to order is great. Making things to order in hubs close to where you are is even better. We partner up with a global production network and use technology to get your garments printed closer to you. This means lower emissions plus quicker production. A win-win for the planet and people.
Sustainably sourced materials
We are committed to provide you with pieces made in the most respectful way to the humans involved and their environment.
Our garments are made with 100% organic cotton and recycled polyester. Designed, cut and assembled for longevity.
All the polyester we use is recycled. It has the same properties as conventional virgin polyester and is strong, durable and moisture-resistant. Virgin polyester is an artificial fibre made from oil, which is used widely around the world. Recycled polyester is a more sustainable option made from oil-based waste, such as PET drinks bottles — a way of preventing plastic waste from ending up in landfills.
The cotton is 100% organic. It doesn't use chemical pesticides and insecticides. This allows it to improve soil conditions, lower greenhouse gas emissions, strengthen biodiversity and improve cotton growers' health.
Digital Printing & water-based inks
For printed garments we use DTG Printing, a standardised process that's capable of producing intricate, detailed designs to a really high quality on a global scale. This means that we can use different local production partners close to you, reducing CO2 emissions without compromising on quality. We only use water-based inks, which are less harmful to our environment.
Plastic-free, light packaging
Our products come in a plastic-free light-bag optimising on delivery weight and space without compromising on the protection of its contents, the packaging comes in four sizes to reduce waste and is FSC C117673-certified.
Sustainability certifications
All our production partners are Control Union Certified, and our products have an OCS 100 certification adhering to the OCS Organic Blended Standard.

Within the European Union, the prices displayed in the checkout include the statutory consumption tax of the jurisdiction to which the order is to be delivered.
Outside of the European Union and depending on the jurisdiction, You may be required to handle statutory consumption tax as well as import duties and/or fees to pay upon receipt. Any shipping fees payable will be shown to You during the checkout process. Please note that You will bear any and all costs associated with importing the order to your market.
Returns
We all make mistakes :)
We accept a limited amount of returns on unworn, unwashed garments within 14 days of delivery, but please note that the shipments come at your own expense.

Faulty products
Although we strive our best to deliver the highest possible quality, on ocassion we all make mistakes.
If the item you receive is faulty, please notify us at your earliest convenience at info@buenkarma.clothing. If we deem the item faulty, we will attempt to deliver a replacement. If a redelivery is not possible, you will be provided a full refund of the price of the product. We will attempt to refund the applicable amount using the same method used to make the payment. If, for any reason, alternative arrangements are necessary we will notify you and ask you to contact us via email to settle the refund.
